TEAM CREDENTIALS
Championship credentials will be distributed on Tuesday, November 8th at the Banquet.

All student-athletes will be instructed to wear official championship credentials while on campus and entering any buildings.
MEDIA CREDENTIAL REQUESTS
All non-participating team media may request a media credential request by completing the following form:
NJCAA Championship Media Credential Request Form.
Requests must be submitted by the media agency’s sports editor or news director. Non-participating team media includes, but is not limited to, the following: television news outlets, print newspapers, sports websites and blogs, radio, freelance photographers.
Once the media credential request is submitted, NJCAA National Office or the Championship Host will follow-up directly regarding the status of your credential request and next steps.
Any team media personnel, including sport information directors, team photographers, etc., should be included in the team credentials list and does not need to submit a media credential request.

HOSPITALITY
CHAMPIONSHIP HOSPITALITY
11 AM – 8 PM on game days, located directly behind the concession stand at Wehrum Stadium.
Access is limited to: NJCAA representatives, 4-year coaches, special guests and coaches from the tournament teams
A variety of foods and drinks will be available.
VENUE FOOD & BEVERAGE
There will be a concession stand with hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, chips, drinks and snacks.
OFFICIAL ROSTER
Each participating team must submit an official roster, team photo, and team logo to the NJCAA National Office immediately upon qualifying. Upon qualifying for the 2022 NJCAA Division III Women’s Soccer Championship, each team will receive access and instructions to submit team rosters, photographs, and logos to a Google Drive folder.
For the 2022 NJCAA Division III Women’s Soccer, official rosters, team photos, and team logos must be submitted no later than November 2, 2022.
OFFICIAL ROSTER
The Google Drive folder will contain an Excel document which will be used to enter rosters for each team. The “Official Roster” Excel document will contain three separate tabs to complete:
- Official Roster - Include all student-athletes participating the 2022 NJCAA Division III Women’s Soccer Championship.
- 2. Team Travel Party - Include ALL individuals traveling as part of the official team party. This list will be used for team credentials. Individuals on this list can include, but are not limited to, studentathletes traveling to the championship, coaches, athletic directors, presidents, athletic trainers, sport information directors, and other athletic staff.
SQUAD SIZE
Teams participating in the NJCAA DIII Women’s Soccer Championship are limited to 25 players. These players must be identified in the score book before the start of the first game. These players must be identified on an approved roster, which will contain the name, numbers and accumulated cautions of all squad members. This roster must be submitted to the NJCAA Soccer Chair or his/her designee prior to the first game of the tournament. No deletions or additions may be made after this time. A player who is part of his team’s roster of 25, whose name is not listed in the score book, will be removed from the game at the point the omission is discovered.
TEAM PICTURE & LOGO
Each team participating in the 2022 NJCAA Division III Women’s Soccer Championship must provide the following:
- 5 x 7-inch color full-team photograph
- When submitting the photograph, please include identification of student-athletes, coaches, etc. This full-team photograph will be used in the official championship program.
- Team athletics logo in an .eps file format
